How to use support portal

  1. We have a team of support gurus willing to help you.
  2. Once we have received your support request, it will be triaged and assigned to the relevant support agent
  3. Our agents will get back to you as soon as possible
  4. Updates to your support request will trigger an automated email with the corresponding detail. You can respond to tickets by replying to these emails.
  5. Please ensure that you don't change the subject or truncate any text while replying to these emails.

Create an account on support portal

  1. Visit AssemblyX Support portal at https://support.assemblyxsoftware.com/
  2. Click on Sign Up link on the top right corner.




  1. After you fill up your name, email address & verify the security code click on Sign Up button to continue.


  1. All sign ups are subject to moderation. During this process our support engineer will approve your sign up request & link it with your organisation account.
  2. After your request has been approved, you will get an email with confirmation.
  3. The confirmation email will contain a link to create a password for your AssemblyX support portal account. (Your email address will be the user name)
  4. You will be able to see support tickets created by you and other users from your organisation after login.

Creating a support request from portal

Creating a support request via the support portal has advantages over sending an email:
- Qualify the urgency of support request up-front (faster response for urgent issues)
- You will see "Article suggestions" related to your issue while you raise a ticket - may be there is already a remedy for your issue !
  1. Visit AssemblyX Support portal at https://support.assemblyxsoftware.com/
  2. Click on Submit a Ticket menu
  3. Please fill in your contact name, email address & issue description in the form.
  4. You can also attach screenshots or additional files upto 20MB with the support ticket
  5. If you are already logged into the support portal you will not need to provide your name and email address while creating a ticket.
  6. After submitting a ticket, you will receive an email notification that we have received your request with a ticket number assigned to it.

We highly recommend that you include as much information as possible while creating the ticket in order to provide a quick response.

You can reply to the notification email with any additional information related to the issue.

Creating a support request via Email

  1. Write an email to support@assemblyxsoftware.com 
  2. Provide a short meaningful description for the problem in the email subject
  3. Describe the problem in more detail in the body of the email
  4. Also, please mention how the issue is affecting your business -severity
  5. Please attach, If you have any screenshots, recording or files related to the issue with the email
  6. You will receive a email notification that we have received your request with a ticket number assigned to it.
  7. You can also add other recipients on the CC list of the email that you send for support request to keep them informed via email notifications

If you are sending an email for the first time without creating an account on AssemblyX support portal, the support agent will review your ticket and send you an invitation link to register on support portal. This may take sometime before you receive a confirmation notification. However, please be assured that your ticket will is created and will be under process. You will be receiving all automated notifications related to the ticket. You can also reply to the notification emails to provide additional information.


Staying updated with the progress of support request

  1. You will receive email notifications about status changes & actions taken for every support request
  2. Also, you will receive response from our support engineers, if there are any questions regarding the support request. You can simply reply them as required. (You don't need to login to support portal every time!)
  3. Please ensure that you have support@assemblyxsoftware.com added to your safe senders list / white list
  4. Alternatively, you can login to support portal and view support tickets under My Area section.
  5. In this section you can see all support tickets from your organisation or choose to see only tickets initiated by you.
  6. You can also comment or provide response to the ticket from the support portal.

What should i do if I have forgotten password for the support portal?
If you have forgotten the password for AssemblyX support portal, you can reset your password from the login page of support portal. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.




If you are using your email as username to login to AssemblyX application, you will still need to create an account here to access support portal.
